About us:

Webby Landscaping is hiring a Landscape Team Member.

Webby Landscaping designs and creates dream landscapes for clients in Bozeman, Montana and beyond.

From ideation to installation, landscapes are our artform. We facilitate our customers outdoor living experience through new landscape design, landscape installation, sprinkler installation, and landscape maintenance.

We are looking for:

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Willing to learn or are able to operate all attachments with skid steer

  • Willing to learn or are able to operate equipment proficiently

  • Willing to learn or are able to operate truck towing trailer

Job duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist in the installation of landscape designs, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers according to plans.

  • Participate in hardscape installations such as laying pathways, building walls, installing patios, and other features as required.

  • Be able to use the tools and equipment required to install hardscapes, including but not limited to saws, chisels, etc.

  • Help with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, including trenching, laying pipes, installing sprinkler heads.

  • Willing to learn more about irrigation systems including but not limited to, irrigation design, building valve boxes, wiring, installing clocks, etc.

  • Prepare job sites by clearing debris, grading land, and ensuring proper soil conditions for planting.

  • Operate and maintain equipment and tools safely and effectively.

  • Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks. Ask the job foreman or project manager if any questions arise.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project success.

  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Pay is DOE (dependent on experience). ($24-$30/hr.)
Minimum 35 hrs/week. Most summer weeks are 40-50hrs.
Weekends optional, eligible for overtime if desired.
