Participate in hardscape installations such as laying pathways, building walls, installing water features, installing patios, and other features as required. Assist in the installation of landscape designs, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers according to plans.

Lead a team in providing guidance, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.

Assist in performing garden maintenance tasks, including wedding, pruning, planting, watering, small mowing, and installing small drip irrigation. Follow instructions from the Crew Lead and Garden Service Manager to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.

Assist in executing landscape enhancement projects, including planting, tree installations, rock and mulch bed creation, and minor irrigation work. Operate light to medium equipment safely and follow instructions from the Crew Lead and Garden Services Manager to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Operate hand and power tools, such as trowels, hammers, saws, and levels, in a safe and efficient manner. Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning, setting up scaffolding, and securing materials.
