About us:

Webby Landscaping is hiring a Garden Services Crew Lead - Report directly to our Garden Services Manager

Webby Landscaping designs and creates dream landscapes for clients in Bozeman, Montana and beyond working Monday - Thursday; 4 day work week!

From ideation to installation, landscapes are our artform. We facilitate our customers outdoor living experience through new landscape design, landscape installation, sprinkler installation, live material planting, and landscape maintenance.

We are looking for:

  • Valid driver's license

  • Proficient in trailer towing and

  • Lift 70lbs

  • Secure a load with straps/chains

  • Secure a skid steer to trailer

  • Wheelbarrow ability

  • Positive attitude

Job duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage timecards for entire crew on site each day.

  • Complete daily job reports and updates.

  • Lead a team of garden service crew members, providing guidance, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.

  • Perform a range of garden maintenance duties, including but not limited to pruning, planting, trimming, weeding, watering, and other small landscape projects.

  • Maintain and operate a variety of landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations, promoting a safe working environment for the team.

  • Physically able to complete labor intensive tasks - lift 70lbs, wheelbarrow, etc.

  • Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement or enhancement.

  • Maintain communication with Garden Services Manager about job progress and/or complications.

Pay is DOE (dependent on experience). ($24-$26/hr.)
Minimum 35 hrs/week. Most summer weeks are 40-50hrs, working Monday - Thursday (10 - hour days, 4 - day work week) Weekends optional, eligible for overtime if desired.
